Home safe & sound...

Had to go to Saskatoon & back today - storm watch for the afternoon.

SO happy it didn't hit on the trip home - no more travelling out of town this week.

Neck and shoulder pain - so stretch breaks needed.

Blessed and thankful for the safe journey.

Social butterfly!

Goodness, I've been the social butterfly recently, 'out and about' in this world.

Activities include:

Jingle bell tea with beloved Barb Zalinko - friends from high school including Jamie Ellis, who suffers from cerebral palsy I believe, and Anita and Ruth.

Dinner with Ruth & Andy, hosted by good friends Bev & Jerry, and attended also by good friends Donna & Rob

Wedding tea - Actually the young couple were married a few weeks ago in British Columbia.  This event was a tea with a program to welcome the young bride to the "Saskatchewan crowd".

AND - I have an event to go to tomorrow.

AND - I had been booked for tonight but Donna called warning me that Rob had a bad cold - she offered me the ability to 'bow out' of supper, as planned.  I bowed out - just didn't want to risk getting sick.

So many lovely people in my life!  I am blessed!

Quick trip....

... for work today - Regina to Saskatoon and back again.

Took a couple stretch breaks.

I won't be able to do much more of this since winter weather is quickly approaching.  Had a taste of it this morning.  Crappy weather going up between Davidson & Saskatoon on trip up, but all okay on return.

Some late autumn pictures from today...

My coffee or lunch breaks...

While this "wow" weather holds, I am making the most of my coffee and lunch breaks while travelling for work.

This week I was back up to Saskatoon, then to Prince Albert, then home again, home again.

Here is a few shots.

Below and above... both back in Davidson - however, sky has a different mood.

Why are the geese in the picture above leaving??? It's so warm here!

Love the above

Prince Albert

Above - love where I did one of my required 'check ins' with our safety travelling monitor programs.
