Septemer autumn weather & walk....

It was only a couple of weeks ago when it was too hot to take a walk and now it is definitely autumn weather - AND the trees have started to turn.


I had a rough time on the second cycle (4 treatments) of chemo drugs and then at the end of final chemo fairly swiftly had surgery.  Today is the first 'regular walk' I've had for months.


Today we went to Kinsmen's Park and around the Saskatchewan Legislative Building.

Early August... out and about (a bit)...

I have to admit that the final 4 chemo cycles - which got worse each cycle - were hard. 
I am done with chemo (hopefully for forever) and await surgery in a week and a half.
I finally got out and about and went to visit my good friend Donna out at her farm.

Late Spring - Wascana Park

I am looking forward to when I will be able to go further afield.  In the moment though I am enjoying the familiar haunts - a late spring walk around the lake.


Wish I'd known there was a Sikh parade and festival in the park later today otherwise I would have changed my time there.  Oh well.
